The school is led by the Managing Director, Mr. Harold Carver, who provides strategic leadership, policy direction, and long-term vision in alignment with the principles and standards of the ICSE curriculum. Supporting this leadership are two Principals, Mr. Barry Francis and Mr. John Xavier, who are responsible for academic planning, effective implementation of the ICSE framework, student welfare, faculty development, and the smooth day-to-day functioning of the school.

Working collaboratively, the Managing Director and Principals ensure that the school maintains high academic standards, nurtures values, encourages critical thinking, and fosters all-round development of every learner.
